The name I was given at birth means life.
I believe it is a huge honor to be bestowed with such a great name.
As well as a huge responsibility to live up to.
When I was younger I was terrified to die.
The concept was so strange in my mind.
How could I at one point cease to exist?
Currently I am not so afraid anymore. I live. Here. Now.
Every day the sun rises and I go out to meet it.
My name means life and that is why I am here:
To experience life in all it's glory.
I believe in slowing down.
I believe in stopping to feel the sun on your face.
I believe in conscious connection with the world around.
I believe in looking people in the eye.
I believe in residing in our hearts.
I believe in creating spaces of care.
I believe in nurturing ourselves to the best of our ability.
